It’s all about the Ribs!

From the time Rib Shack first opened its doors in 1996, people have come from all over to eat some of the best ribs around. Our roots are in the historic town of Corinth, Mississippi – known as the crossroads for the crossing of the tracks of the Mobile & Ohio and Memphis & Charleston Railroads during the Civil War era.

WE TAKE OUR RIBS SERIOUSLY.  Starting with our special blend of spices, we season our meat with a dry rub that unlocks the true character of the ribs… something too good to smother with sauce. Then we slow smoke ‘em to seal in that rich and savory flavor.  Serve it all up with some food ole’ fashioned sides, desserts and that one of a kind Southern Hospitality, and you’ve got yourself a meal to remember.
